Shabby Apple Giveaway

GIVEAWAY CLOSED!

Ok, this post doesn't have anything to do with food. It has to do with clothes shopping - my second favorite thing to do after cook! Plus you have to look good when you serve all the delicious food you just cooked!

There is this cute online shop called Shabby Apple. They have adorable dresses, skirts, accessories and even bridesmaids dresses that I am totally in love with! Their designs are classic yet modern and they offer something for every body type. These dresses so ultra-feminine which I totally love. They even have some cute kids clothes and aprons too. There is a wide array of colors in their clothes so if you're looking for specific colors, browse around and I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for (so many cute white dresses!). A lot of the dresses are vintage-inspired which is so chic right now!

You can learn more by visiting their Facebook page by clicking here. Be sure to "Like" the page page to get special announcements and coupons.

Now for the good news! Shabby Apple would like to give one of my readers their Ahoy! dress. This is it:

  1. well, I must say! I apprehensively went to the website, expecting to see clothes that, well, would never fit me, to be frank. BUT!! what a surprise!!! Not only are there lots of cute and classy clothes, they have a "Style Tool" to help you find the right fit....and they have ALLLLL fits!! yay!! I really like the "Azure Coast" dress...it is simple, blue (like my eyes), and a faux wrap, which are my favorite!! I am not sure why I am the first one to comment, but I think EVERYONE should check this site out! Thanks for the code too, Hope!

  2. So, I love the Ahoy! dress, but was totally inspired by the Roamin' Holiday collection! I especially love the Tiber and Mambo Italiano...they'd be perfect for our (i'm hoping)own "Roamin" Holiday next October. I loved Rome and this collection would make me feel much more sophisticated then the last time I was there, bumming it through college. I'll have to put that discount code to good use!

    Thanks Hope!!

  5. What a find, Hope! They have some great things and the owners clearly have a great time curating their collection of items (They named a dress in the Yosemite collection "Double Rainbow"!). The fit-to-flatter application is very clever and I'm impressed with the variety of retro-inspired items. I especially like that there is a great selection of very wearable ones. As much as I love the "retro" look, I find it a challenge to make them not come across costume-y and distracting in the field in which I work. Shappy Apple has some great crossover options.
Soooo ... what do I like (ok - LOVE)? Both the VP and Carnival dresses. The orangey/rusty Cider dress you show above is such a pretty color for the fall. I am crazy about the fabric choice for the Cecily skirt and the Greta bag. And the Fortuna earrings are a bargain and a shape I haven't seen before.
